Colts off to a Good Start

SWF's Colt teams have had a strong start to their league seasons with the Under 15s unbeaten and the Under 13s having won 2 out of 3. Both teams are sitting at or towards the top of their respective divisions. There have been some fine individual perfomances too, with Jaime Cox (the Under 13 Captain) closly emulating Alasdair Cook in averaging 85 over 4 innings thus far. He's also perfoming well with the ball too!

Our Under 11 squad is showing great promise and there are a number of players who we have very high hopes for, both for the Club and perhaps District or even County in due course.

All in all, the section is in great shape.

My thanks go to our dedicated coaches and their helpers who make the running of our colts sides possible.

Colt practice sessions take place at Saltcoats on Thusday and Friday evenings from 6:30pm. Help from our senior members is always needed and very welcome.
